Dave Foley is a Canadian actor and comedian who voiced Yes Man in Fallout: New Vegas.

Foley is a stand-up comedian who is also known for his performances on the Canadian sketch comedy show The Kids in the Hall, and later the American sitcom NewsRadio. He also voiced the character Flik in the animated movie A Bug's Life and Chris from the American cartoon Dan Vs.. He also voiced Moff in the American cartoon show Harvey Beaks.
