Dave was a mirelurk and temporary companion to Enola Walker living in Appalachia prior to 2102.
Background[]
After being mauled by the scorchbeast queen and becoming infected with the Scorched Plague,[1][2] Dave followed the creature to the glassed cavern alongside Enola Walker.[3]
Noting that the mirelurk was seemingly non-aggressive and that they shared the same goal, Enola named the mirelurk Dave and accepted him as a companion of sorts. Infected with the Scorched Plague, Dave destroyed his nest "like a hog in the pantry" and allowed Enola to touch him without provoking a reaction.[2]
