Dave was an employee at Mahkra Fishpacking before the Great War.
Background[]
On July 30, 2077, Dave sent a message to Larry concerning the thermostat in the building, reporting that someone had bumped against it and changed the temperature, nearly spoiling the day's supply. Dave stated that it was the third time an incident like that had occurred.[1] On the day of the Great War, the employees at Mahkra heard rumbling outside but were initially unaware of what was occurring. Some employees were concerned, and a few shipments fell off of the shelves, but Dave remarked that it could easily be taken care of. Jane asked Dave to bring her a Nuka-Cola, but he was unable to do so, as the main lift had been shut off.[2][3]
