Clifford was an affluent resident of Watoga Estates before the Great War.
Background[]
Clifford witnessed protestors marching outside of Watoga, which he complained about via holotape. For the money he paid to live in Watoga Estates, he expected strong security and expressed that he felt unsafe with the mobs "screaming at [them] all day."[1]
