Clayton Ward was meant to be a resident of Vault 51.
Background[]
He failed to show up for his spot in Vault 51 on October 23, 2077. However, Harold Clark (a former executive of Clark, Clark, Clark & Associates) assumed Clayton Ward's identity and used Ward's spot to protect himself from the Great War.[1]
