Background[]
Chelsea River is a small waterway separating East Boston from the township of Chelsea, Massachusetts, starting near Revere Beach and then emptying into the Mystic River and then the Boston Harbor. The river has several derelict vehicles sunken at the bottom. At least one vehicle was recovered after a joyride, when E. Washington drove a 2077 Chryslus Corvega into the Chelsea River. The vehicle was impounded in the East Boston PD facility; row 27, space 112.[1]
