Charlie was a member of the Pi Kappa Mu Greek Society at Vault-Tec University before the Great War.
Background[]
After he was offered a job by a professor at the university, Charlie sought out two peer recommendations for the internship, which would have meant a lot to him and his mother. Another person named Charlie wrote him one, but he also sought a recommendation from Theodore Dorfman, the president of Pi Kappa Mu. He had attempted to ask Ted in person, but he was always hungover, so he sent him a terminal message.[1] He forgot to attach his name twice in two separate messages.[2] Ted never wrote Charlie a recommendation, instead, Daley wrote it in his name.[3]
