C. Nguyen was an architect who resided in Vault 51.

Like every other dweller, they were killed in the fighting that eventually led to Reuben Gill being named overseer in 2078.[1]

There were two Vault 51 residents that had C as their first initial - Nguyen and C. Fields. Due to this, it is unknown which was Chris, the lover of Helen Marks and a candidate in the overseer elections.
