The bungalow or backwoods bungalow is a world and workshop object in Fallout 76.

Characteristics[]

A type of towed recreational vehicle that can be collapsed for easy storage and transport. When set up, the trailer's sides extend downward to provide a larger amount of interior space when compared to its size when collapsed. There are both green and goldenrod colored variants in the world, in various states of decay.

The front, hitch-side of the bungalow has a door with a half height window that opens from the left side. The hitch extends from a stair attached below the doorway. The opposite, back side has a horizontal window that is situated between two brake lights. Each side of the bungalow extends to rest on the ground, revealing plated windows fanned downward. Some bungalows are found buried in the earth and others towed behind Pick-R-Up trucks.

Crafting[]

Of all five, only two variants have been made available for crafting thus far:

  • The steel backwoods bungalow was previously available in the Atomic Shop.
  • The green backwoods bungalow was obtainable during the 2021 Spread the Love seasonal event.

All bungalows require the same amount of components to be crafted. The bungalow doors are unlocked for crafting together with their respective bungalow and are listed separately under Doors in the workshop menu.

Notes[]

  • Adding a door to a bungalow will render it immovable. To move the bungalow again, its door needs to be removed first.
  • The bungalow will appear destroyed in a blast zone with the sides shattered.
  • Several doors can be added to the bungalow, which will open and can subsequently be shut one after another.
