Bryant was a person who worked at Vault-Tec University before the Great War.
Background[]
Bryant was apparently known to redirect power to the university's Automated Research Lab, against Dean Elliot's wishes. This was common enough to the point that a custom warning was left on the power resource terminal in VTU's simulation Vault to dissuade Bryant from altering the settings without proper paperwork.[1]
