Brian was a student at Vault-Tec University before the Great War.
Background[]
Brian was friends with Hayley Porter, and worked with her, Kamara and Eric in uncovering the secrets of the university and the Vault program. However, after the bombs dropped, Brian abandoned the project and left to join the Free States.[1][2]
