Billy Seevers, also known as Subject K-117M, was a test subject at the West Tek research center before the Great War.
Background[]
At one point during West Tek's experimentation, Billy was given an interview by Technician Stone. Billy, suffering from amnesia, was confused about his situation, and said that he would do anything he was told in order to get home. However, he became angry when Stone would not tell him where his wife and mother were, only that his wife was safe. Billy became violent, prompting Stone to enact a code red alarm in Interrogation Room B.[1]
