A large, dark brown, rubber ball, used before the Great War in basketball games.

- Two on the prison terrain inside the NCR Correctional Facility.
- Two in Mick & Ralph's.
- Two in HELIOS One.
- Two in the Vault 11 living quarters, and one in the lower level.
- One in 188 Trading Post located in a cradle under the bridge.
- One in the Lucky 38 presidential suite, located in the guest room with two beds, across from the far bed.
- One in Miguel's Pawn Shop, on the shelves.
Notes[]
- Some places may have a smaller sized basketball that has the same weight as the large one.
- Basketballs makes a unique sound when their world model is moved.
