Anthony Tai is a Chinese-American actor who voiced the Liberator robots in Fallout 76. He also voiced the recalibrated Liberator, Communist soldiers and spies, as well as male Mothman cultists.

Anthony works in both Chinese and American entertainment, having a number of roles in both film and television. He was raised in Hong Kong and Los Angeles, and is trilingual, among other talents.
