A worthy sacrifice is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Once in a Blue Moon update.
Location[]
The note can be found at the Sacramental Glade, on the western side of the location, near its entrance. It is at an elevated shrine area, near several candle shrines and a coffin, on a small bench.

Grant us your strength once more, for we have found a beast worthy of being sacrificed in your holy name.
It's
blood is ancient, holding secrets of long ago.
The creature has traveled south and we have trudged through the night in pursuit of the hunt, though our endeavors thus far have proved unfruitful.
The monster is strong and savage, snapping in two those that dare step near its vicious jaws.
It appears to have taken up residency near a vast bog, and we too have created shelter here whilst we prepare defenses and plans to vanquish it.
When the time is right, blood will spill and it shall offer your divine sight visions of ages past.
