Enredo[]
Razz nasceu nas favelas do Boneyard e saiu na primeira chance que teve, deixando sua família para trás. Ele se juntou ao Fiends no Mojave por um tempo, mas se juntou ao Exército da República da Nova Califórnia mais tarde, já que os Fiends tendem a não durar muito quando a NCR está por perto; em suas palavras, ele se juntou porque "pelo menos assim os durõe com as armas de primeira linha" estariam do seu lado.[1]
Ele já foi viciado em Psycho, mas então largou o hábito recentemente.[2] Independentemente disso, ele ainda acredita que Psycho é uma solução viável para combater problemas. Na verdade, ele ainda tem suas conexões de drogas de seus dias nos Fiends, um homem chamado Jack em Red Rock Canyon.[3]
Ele tem uma atitude podre para praticamente tudo, como a forma como os NCR Rangers ficar no resort, enquanto os soldados têm que viver em tendas.[4] His attitude extends to his fellow Misfits: O'Hanrahan is a "big pussy," Poindexter a "smartass prick" and he thinks Mags would make a better prostitute than soldier. He claims that he does not need any one of his squadmates and does just fine on his own.[5] He's on better terms with the Great Khans, to the point they allow him to run a tab for recreational chems.[6]

- Flags of Our Foul-Ups: Razz pede ao jogador para conseguir um pouco de "suco da raiva" de Jack em Red Rock Canyon e trazer o pacote misterioso de volta pra ele.
- Se o Courier levar o conselho de O'Hanrahan e convencer o esquadrão a trabalhar em conjunto, eles precisarão convencer Razz a trabalhar melhor com o esquadrão com um teste de fala (40).
- No, Not Much: O Courier é necessário a ajudar os Misfits para que Camp Golf envie ajuda a Bitter Springs.
Efeitos das ações do jogador[]
- Seguir o conselho dele levará o esquadrão a se defender da Legião enquanto estão sob efeito de Psycho, mas eles acabarão por começar a atacar caravanas para adquirir mais da droga e serão posteriormente executados pela NCR.

Razz: "My man Jack at Red Rock Canyon got the goods. But listen: once you get folks dosed on Psycho, ain't a lot of room for much else. So if you got any other plans for bulking up the Misfits crew, might want to see about them first."
(Razz's dialogue) - ↑ Courier: "Can you tell me anything about Camp Golf?"
Razz: "What you want to know? Whole place used to be some kinda rich bastard resort, back before the war. Now the Rangers use the old resort, and we grunts get to live in tents. Fucking typical."
(Razz's dialogue) - ↑ Courier: "Know anything about your squadmates?"
Razz: "We don't talk too much, mostly. Poindexter's a smartass prick. O'Hanrahan's a big pussy, ain't good for shit in a fight, and Mags... well, Mags is cut out for something other than soldiering, you dig?"
The Courier: "Sounds like a bunch of winners."
Razz: "Whatever. Not like I need any of them. I do just fine on my own."
