FISTO é o único Protectron intacto presente nas ruínas de Cerulean Robotics. FISTO é um Protectron de segurança do pré-Guerra criado pela Cerulean Robotics. Usando um sistema operacional v. 0.6.0.3,[1] Fisto pode ser reprogramado para servir como robô sexual para a Quest Wang Dang Atomic Tango, em que James Garret pede ao Courier para encontrar um robô-sexual para um "Cliente".

Quests[]
- Wang Dang Atomic Tango: Fisto é o único robô que pode ser programado como o robô sexual necessário para completar a Quest para James Garret. O jogador pode usar sua própria skill de Science para reprogramá-lo ou comprar um programa de Ralph.

- O jogador pode fazer com que Fisto realize sua rotina sexual independente do gênero do personagem. A primeira vez, logo após a ativação, é gratuita, mas uma vez que entregue a James Garret, cada uso custará 10 tampas. A julgar pelo diálogo, FISTO penetra as cavidades abaixo da cintura por uma hora dentro do jogo, enquanto que a tela escurece por cerca de cinco segundos e barulhos de broca podem ser ouvidos.[2]

After recruiting Fisto and returning to the Atomic Wrangler, speaking to it and declining its services will give the Courier 10 caps. This can be done as many times as desired. The reason for this bug is that the answer he gives for declining his services is the same as the one he gives when the player character asks for a refund.
