Trivia[]

  • Ranboo has provided a list of his boundaries.
  • Ranboo was added to the SMP after Dream saw his bit about running for L'Manberg presidency. Previously he had tweeted "ALL 14 Reasons i should be added to the dream smp."[23] Dream also jokingly said on TikTok that he would need to duel him in order to get on.[24]
  • Ranboo has participated in every MC Championship since MCC 16. He won MCC 32.
    • For a time, Ranboo was "banned" from MCC after Smajor, organizer of MCC, jokingly said in Tubbo's stream chat while Ranboo was in call with Tubbo, "Can we ban Ranboo from everything? I think it's only fair at this point."[25] This joke lasted until MCC 15 where Ranboo was allowed into his first MCC on the Pink Parrots with Tubbo, Wilbur, and TapL.[26]
      • During the ban, he also emailed the MCC email saying "I have clout, please," after tweeting out "6000 retweets and I’ll email @MCChampionship_ the words 'I have clout. Please.'"[27] The plan did not work, and instead the MCC twitter account replied to it.[28]
      • Shortly before the unban and after meeting up with Tubbo in the UK, Ranboo played on the practice MCC server through Tubbo's account. Scott messed with the two while Ranboo played before unbanning Ranboo from MCC.[29]
    • Ranboo hates Survival Games in MCC since it is the one game that has prevented his team from reaching the top two in Dodgebolt.[30]
  • His favorite color is royal blue.[31]
  • Ranboo played volleyball in high school and used to flirt with the opposing team to distract them.

  • Ranboo has acknowledged the Dream Team Wiki multiple times.
    • On November 29, 2020, during his stream at 13:13, he stated that he used the wiki to look up the location of the spider spawner.[32]
    • On December 18, 2020 after jokingly "losing" a canon life to Clarencio, he tweeted a screenshot of a vandalized life count on the wiki saying, "Crap."[33]
  • After Awesamdude revealed that he lied about his height, Ranboo became the tallest member of the SMP.
  • He applied for multiple jobs before streaming, but got denied every time.
    • If streaming didn't work out, he would be working at Taco Bell.[34]
      • He also has multiple Taco Bell shirts and wants to buy a Taco Bell employee shirt.[34]
  • He has been playing Minecraft for around nine years.[35]
  • Ranboo plays piano-based instruments.[36]
  • Ranboo is a big fan of the band Lemon Demon and frequently uses their music in the beginning of his streams.
  • Ranboo held a charity subathon livestream, and raised over $100,000 for the Trevor Project on February 20, 2021.[37]
  • Ranboo has broken several Twitch records:

  • He is also a member of the Origins SMP. Ranboo's origin is enderman, and he has also made a special skin for the server.
  • Ranboo's favorite TV show is Gravity Falls.[39]
  • Philza once called Ranboo's parents to convince them that Ranboo should be allowed to get fast food.[40]
  • Ranboo graduated high school on June 3, 2021.[41]
  • Through a twitter competition, Ranboo got the "Ranboo my beloved" meme put on a billboard in Times Square, New York.[42]
  • On June 26, 2021, Ranboo and Tubbo met up and moved in together temporarily.[43]
    • While in the UK, he also met TommyInnit, GeorgeNotFound, Fundy, Jack Manifold, Wilbur Soot, JustaMinx, 5up, Philza, Aimsey, Badlinu, and Billzo.
    • He left the UK on November 4, 2021.[44]
    • He eventually returned to the UK sometime in January 2022. On January 15, 2022, he posted several pictures on Twitter and mention that he has been in the UK for days and met up with Aimsey and Saladserns.[45]
    • He returned once again to the UK on March 13, 2022, meeting up with Aimsey once again. He also said that he will be moving to the UK.[1][2]
  • Ranboo talks and occasionally walks in his sleep.[46]
  • He believes in ghosts and soulmates.[47][48]
  • On November 2, 2021, Ranboo celebrated his eighteenth birthday by doing a bowling stream with Tubbo, Billzo, Badlinu, and Aimsey.[49]
    • Prior to the stream, Ranboo kept his birthdate a secret. Tubbo also lied that he is older than Ranboo.[50]
  • He used to have a pet snake and currently has a few dogs.[51]
  • He joined esports organization Misfits Gaming alongside Tubbo on February 2, 2022.[52]
  • On April 24, 2022, he came out as unlabeled. He is also fine with the term gay.[53][54][55]
  • On October 11, 2022, Ranboo came out as non-binary and uses he/they pronouns. It was first shown him having “he/they” in his Instagram bio and later him having the Ranboo non-binary heart emote in his Discord status.[56][57] They later made a few posts on Twitter of them officially coming out as non-binary.[58]
    • Ranboo said his friends Aimsey and Crumb (cuptoast) helped them come out and realize he was non-binary.[59]
