Due to our own oversight of schedule we left ourselves with almost no time to order tumblers for our staff for a 10 year celebration. I was fortunate enough to connect with Justin and he got the fire lit! He worked late that day and had finance call after hours once all details were finalized so we could get the order complete that day and not miss the window to receive before our staff event. Today we received the products and they look fantastic and they are here 3 days ahead of schedule. Thank you for taking this stress off of us and getting the order taken care of!

Our school ordered custom water bottles through Olivia at Flash Bay, and she was great to deal with! It took some time to get the project off the ground and she stuck by us and was easily reachable throughout the process.
