The service contract process was smoothly and satisfactory, but I found out that they activated two accounts on my behalf and I was not aware of it until I logged into the app to pay my bill. I had a really bad time trying to solve this issue by myself directly with Fido cause Canadian Sim support was unreachable. Beware of this and check your accounts with Fido as soon as you get the confirmation email.

I've been in Canada for 7 months and I still hadn't managed to sign up for a cell phone plan because I didn't trust and understand the information I was given (the plans here are very different from Brazil). Initially I had some issue with the sim connecting to the network after landing in Canada.. But Anna Raheja got in touch with me on my other number and fixed my issue within few hours making my life easier in a totally new terrain.. I am so happy with the team and specially Anna for sorting my issue as quick as possible in this technologically dépendant times. It feels crippled or disabled without a phone these days, having a phone with connectivity/network is the first necessity anywhere we go. Highly recommend Roger’s for the services.

We had our network transferred from Fido to Rogers and it was very smooth! 100% legit! As a newcomer here in Canada, we were very cautious in every transaction that we make. They’ve proven that their services are not ‘too good to be true’ but lo, it’s really so good and TRUE.
