Purchase of my refurbished iPhone 13 went exactly as was stated on the website. I had a good recommendation from someone who has bought a few phones from Orchard. Glad that Orchard gives technical support if needed, and I may need some help.

I got a lovely refurbished iphone 11 for a third of what a new one would cost. It is different than my previous phone which was an iphone8 because they have removed the home button so there is a bit of relearning required. But the phone is awesome and solidly built and looks brand new. I got the phone sooner than the date anticipated. I am very happy with my new phone and would recommend Orchard as the go to place if you want to upgrade your phone at a reasonable price. Kudos to Orchard!!

4th phone I have ordered for the family. I made a typo on the address which caused a delivery failure. They were prompt in resending it to the correct address and request any payment for reshipping.
Phones and iPad have all preformed well for extended periods.

My iPhone 12 on the day scheduled and its condition exceeded my expectations. The condition of the phone was indistinguishable from a brand new phone. Having the protective screen already installed flawlessly was an added plus. Going with Orchard saved me several hundred dollars and having a warranty from a firm with a AAA reputation reassures me that I made the right decision.

Bought yet another iPhone (11 this time) for my wife. Product arrived (as usual) clean, well packaged and like new. Honestly why would you ever buy brand new when Orchard has such a good inventory and stuff is almost brand new. We'll be back!

Orchard provides great "like new" refurbished phones, and they have good customer service. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they started a sale one day after my purchase and they wouldn't honor it with my new phone. This won't stop me from being a return customer. Overall a great experience buying a new phone.
