Bought a "refurb" galaxy s23plus at an amazing price. No damage at all, ran accubattery testing for a week and the battery is 100% healthy (highly advise to run full charges with accubattery to test phone purchases!) Awesome company, 30 day returns, 90 day warranty. So nice to find a company that actually fixes phones properly and has an amazing reputation. Based out of Montreal QC, Canada. I bought through their ebay page and then found their legit site on trust pilot as I am looking for a new phone for a family member as well. Stay excellent GoRecell!

I received my new cellphone even sooner than expected, and so far everything works great ! The quality in indeed excellent, and it was fully wiped (contrary to other companies). I would recommend buying from this company.

Sadly the Samsung S22 Ultra device I bought had a defective screen. It was replaced under Samsung warranty as per GoRecel’s advice. Then I dropped it in water for 10 seconds accidentally a month later and the phone completely died. Samsung said it’s beyond economic repair after I sent it in. So it could be that it lost all water resistance when they refurbished it. The phone is supposed to survive brief drops in the water so something wasn’t sealed up correctly. Now it’s a useless paperweight and I’m out $1000!

Hi there, thanks for sharing your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that. Although, I do sympathize with you regarding the bad luck you have had with your device, I believe it is quite unfair to put the blame on us. Firstly, the phone's screen started having issues after being in your possession for some time, and you were able to have it serviced with Samsung Canada under warranty for free. After some time later, you dropped the phone in water, and it stopped working as a result. It would be more reasonable to assume that your phone's defects are a result of accidental damage on your part. Water and liquids tend to cause the most serious damage to phones. Samsung's S22 Ultra is not a water proof device, but is simply water resistant. If you are prone to having frequent accidents with your devices, my recommendation would be to invest in a "lifeproof" branded protective case that can help protect your devices going forward. These are waterproof. Again, I sympathize with you, but unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for your phone's water damage while in your possession. Hope that helps clarify. The delivery time was misleading. The website says it'll be delivered in one business day, even if using the basic Canada Post plan. True! But only after the delivery was arranged. This took two days for the business; Canada Post picked it up in the evening, then delivered the next day in the afternoon. Awesome, CPost. Three business days in total.
Otherwise, I am quite happy! The phone was in the advertised state; I cannot say if I got ripped off a lot by the price though.. (321$ for a 64GB iPhone XR, tax incl.).
