"Saiko Totatsuten" is the 25th opening of the One Piece anime and the 11th opening of the second half of the series.
Opening[]
The opening starts with a flashback sequence consisting of Kozuki Oden's past with the Nine Red Scabbards, Kaidou and Orochi taking over Wano Country, Oden's execution, and important moments from the Raid on Onigashima: the Scabbards attacking Kaidou, Law and Kid defeating Big Mom, Zoro defeating King, Sanji defeating Queen, Luffy punching Kaidou with Ryuo, and Luffy unlocking Gear 5. Luffy bursts onto the screen laughing in Gear 5 as Yamato, in his hybrid form, rides Momonosuke's dragon form. As Luffy grabs a thunderbolt and causes a colorful scene in the sky, Hyogoro, the yakuza leaders and the samurai watch through a hole in the ceiling of Skull Dome live floor. As Wano citizens raise their lanterns in the Fire Festival, Luffy forms a silhouette across the moon. Brief glimpes of Kaidou, an underwater hole, and Aramaki using his devil fruit power appear.
Next, there is a montage of several events post-Raid, all while a circular object or shape is continuously focused at the middle of the scene:
- Kid with the Kid Pirates at the celebration party for the successful raid as fireworks go off in the background.
- Robin taking care of Toko as Luffy, Chopper and Yamato leap past outside the window.
- Jinbe laughing while taking a drink with Kin'emon, Denjiro and Inuarashi as Nami and Zoro enter to join them.
- Tama showing off her devil fruit power with Kozuki Sukiyaki, Speed and Nami watching.
- Onimaru celebrating on Oihagi Bridge.
- Yamato showing the contents of a sake-brewing barrel to Luffy, Usopp, Hiyori, Raizo and Shinobu.
- Kawamatsu, Tristan, Miyagi, Wanda and Nekomamushi watching Chopper concocting a medicine.
- Law, Bepo and the Heart Pirates cheering on Franky as he repairs the Polar Tang.
- Hiyori, Toko and Brook laughing as they watch Brook put on makeup with Hiyori in the mirror.
- Usopp, Franky and Minatomo looking over ship plans.
- Sanji presenting a dish to Inuarashi, Carrot and Kiku, and serving food for a sleeping Zoro, Usopp, Franky, and Toko while Robin motions for Sanji to be quiet.
- Zoro and members of Ebisu Town obtaining water from a well.
- Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates as well as Kin'emon, Tsuru, Toko, Tama and Yamato heading down a set of stairs.
- Shanks on the Red Force watching Marco flying overhead while Beckman reads a newspaper.
- A shot of the Thousand Sunny's figurehead.
Finally, Luffy hoists a large Straw Hat Pirates flag while standing with the crew while Momonosuke watches. Snippets of scenes from the Wano Country Arc and the One Piece Film: Red flash across the screen in small boxes as Momonosuke looks over the Flower Capital. A calligraphic version of the One Piece logo forms and turns into the regular logo, as Gear 5 Luffy runs through the logo.

Trivia[]
- This is the first opening to show Luffy in his Gear 5 form.
- This opening shows the following before they appear in the anime:
- The crawl space leading to old Wano.
- Aramaki's appearance and his Devil Fruit powers.
- The Kid Pirates at the celebration party after the Raid on Onigashima.
- Tama is shown in her kunoichi outfit before her in-training announcement.
- Franky, Usopp, and Minatomo repairing the Polar Tang.
- Tsurujo with a bandage on her head after surviving the Okobore Town fire.
- Shanks and Benn Beckman on the Red Force seeing off Marco.
- At the time of release, this is shortest opening in the One Piece anime at 1:30 minutes if the shortened version of PAINT in Episode 1071 is not counted.
- This is due to the new addition of an ending theme, Raise, leading to multiple scenes in the middle of the opening being cut to make room for the new ending theme.
- Not counting the Straw Hat version of We Are!, and not including the Recap episodes 14 and 15 as proper episodes, Saiko Totatsuten ties with Brand New World as the opening that plays in the fewest number of episodes; fifteen episodes, from Episode 1074 to 1088.
