I was really excited to give this a go…

I was really excited to give this a go for our business and improve our email marketing after reading the reviews. So I went to the website and tried the test on the homepage, entering my own email address. It popped up that it was an abuse email. This is an email address I’ve been using for years and is my genuine email. If it can’t get my email address right then it’s a bit worrying because presumably if it does the same thing to some of my customer emails I’ll remove them from my mailing list when they’re actually genuine customers? I’m not sure the service is going to work for me if it’s going to suggest I remove genuine customers.

Thanks for your feedback and we understand why you might question your own email showing up as abuse. Hopefully some explanation around that label will provide more context.

"Abuse" is a label for valid contacts (meaning they can accept mail) that have a known pattern of marking emails as spam instead of unsubscribing. We label abuse emails as a caution to senders to show them that these subscribers may report them as spam.

We are certainly not saying abuse is invalid, we're simply saying its a riskier email to send to and most people appreciate that stance.

But it's up to the sender whether they'd like to keep those abuse emails and send messages to them or not.

You can keep them in your list, if you so choose. But with Google and Yahoo enforcing strict spam complaint rates (no higher than 0.1%), our customers appreciate this warning.

The Best Email Validation Service I've Used

The ZeroBounce email validation API is the best I've experienced with generous usage limits. The Email Finder seems like magic and is very useful. The dashboards are well designed. Sales support is excellent. ZeroBounce should add a Google/Yahoo compliance testing tool and I hope the company someday enters the ESP business. Documentation is a little confusing and so are the subscription options.

It's a super easy tool to use and I am terrible with technology. I upload CSV lists of leads and also check email individually. I would recommend this site for anyone that needs to make sure their email lists are good.

ZeroBounce is A+ and no one is close

There's so many thing I like about zero bounce. I have used zero bounce since 2020. They are always releasing new features that are helpful for my email marketing. It seems like they have really increased the development and platform in the last year. One of the things that I really love is that I've provided a suggestion to them on one of the integrations and the immediately made an update for me to satisfy it. Each month there's more and more being released. I now easily also hooked it up to my Wordpress website with their plugin and that was a breeze!

I love everything about them, the people is friendly, the results are outstanding, the service is the highest of quality. What more can you ask for?

Service scammers

Service scammers. We always bought credits in the required volumes, without warning the service made a subscription with monthly payment without warning! At the same time, the credits on your account remain, plus you have to pay a subscription every month. There is zero support, just as stupid as possible.

ZeroBounce offers two purchase options to accommodate our customers' different needs: a pay-as-you-go option, which is a one-time charge, and monthly subscriptions. There's a toggle at the top of the area that allows you to make a choice at any time. It is defaulted to monthly subscriptions as that option offers better pricing. There are also multiple notes stating that if you select a monthly subscription, the payment will be deducted monthly before you finish checking out.

We would never force or put any customers into a subscription without warning. It is a selection you can make as you are checking out.

WOW! Amazing email validation service

Reliable email validation, fair pricing

We use ZeroBounce via its API, to validate emails during signups on our website. It was exceptionally easy to implement ZeroBounce, and from day one without interruption, it has worked reliably for us. Their pricing is transparent and fair, and we've had no problems at all with their charges -- I wish I could say that about some other SaaS providers.

The Best Email Product

One of the most user-friendly Email Validation tools on the market. I came to ZeroBounce to validate my email lists and found many other useful tools that I can use for my organisation, like the email finder.

I also found out that it can be integrated with a lot of third parties, like my wordpress website, zapier and mailchimp. The support team was really friendly and helpful in aiding me configure these integrations.

I strongly recommend this to any organisation!

Zero Bounce is an easy to use email…

Zero Bounce is an easy to use email validator and scoring system. It has worked great for me whether upload multiple contacts or just one.Love this tool and use it to validate every email address. I would definitely recommend this for anyone trying to build an email list.

From trial to large scale use - a success story

We started using ZeroBounce on a trial basis (minimum plan) last year July and moved to large volumes - currently we use a few hundred thousand calls this year. There are glitches though (like gmailnator email ids not shown as disposable and repeated requests to tech team fell on deaf years).

Except for these aspects, overall a great experience, very helpful support team (bad experience with tech team who aren't responsive to customer requests).

Heartily recommend it to others.

Very lucky to work with Bee

Bee is an excellent person to work with. I feel lucky to work with her as she has all the knowledge needed in her position coupled with the right attitude to help customers. I don't think I would have done business with Zerobounce if it wasn't for Bee who represented the company perfect just how the CEO wanted it to be represented.
