Very happy

Really liked the ease of applying. I really like the color. When it dried my teak table and chairs looked brand new. I did sand my table and chairs prior to finishing. I'm really excited how it turned out. I'm glade I found your product.

My Protectaclear Review

I found your Protectaclear product using a google search. Your company offered the best price for 4 ounces. I received it quickly and just recently applied it to my brass bedroom and bathroom door knobs after buffing them to a like new shine. Protectaclear was easy to use, when applying it with 1 inch foam brushes. It went on smooth, requiring 2 coats. I had no problems getting great results.

We ordered a dining table with chairs…

We ordered a dining table with chairs and set is beautiful. Everything went very well with the order and delivery, which we had the white glove service. After a couple of weeks noticed a separation in the teak on top of the table. We got in touch with the company and were very happy to replace the table for us. Great service.

We have a round teak table that opens…

We have a round teak table that opens up so you can seat 6 comfortably and I used all the products recommended. I recently cleaned and applied all the products and my table & chairs are so golden & beautiful. Products are easy to use with great results

Phenomenal customer service

Phenomenal customer service. They repaired a table for me that was 6 years old under their lifetime warranty commitment. We need more companies like this that stand behind their products and reduce waste by repairing things. Quality is amazing!

Great customer service

Great customer service! I originally ordered a teak treatment, but their customer service explained what to expect and inquired about how I was using the teak bench. After understanding that the treatment was not really good for my use in the bathroom, I canceled the treatment. I was very satisfied with the quality of the bench and everyone who has seen it complements it.

Quick delivery and teak products worked…

Quick delivery and teak products worked pretty well for cleaning and sealing. The color protection I can't evaluate now, let's see how my teak sofas look in a year. Hopefully the color will not fade as promised.

Product worked excellently!

All great but packaging peanuts problematic.

Replaced a chair which I had broken. Customer Service experience was great and I love the product which we've had for 8 years. The chair was shipped in wood reinforced cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by styrofoam peanuts. Nothing could break it. Took me a month to get rid of the peanuts in weekly trash service with one trash can allowed. Must be a better way.

We are absolutely thrilled with…

We are absolutely thrilled with Westminster Teak.
1) Their sales people were super responsive and helpful every step of the way. We live on an island in Washington State and some good coordination had to be done to get us the table/stuff that we ordered. And wow, did they blow away our expectations in every way.
2) We got the setup concierge service and that was awesome because it came all assembled and ready to go.
3) the quality of the table/chairs is simply fantastic - exactly what we had hoped for.

What a great company, great service and great products.

The product and service exceeded my…

The product and service exceeded my expectations. That said, we also ordered metal brackets to secure the bench to a public cement space. The screws provided in the package were insufficient to properly hold the bench in place. Our local hardware store filled the gap. It looks great!
