Can't log into their site. Can't open a ticket because of an IP block. Requests information to get back that you can only get from LOGGING INTO THEIR SITE. Support has been useless. You'd think a login and password would be enough to get the ball rolling but I don't think support wants to do their job.

I have been with Usenetserver for a few years now. Their customer service response is quick and I find the servers to be fast because it keeps up with my high speed internet. I have no problems or issues with them and that's why I renew every year. Give them a try for yourself.

For many years now, I have found Usenetserver to successfully provide me with great Usenet access. Deep file retention, speed as fast as the max of my internet connection (unbelievable, really, to be downloading at 135MB/s, a speed which I remember being thrilled about my laptop drive being able to read/write at some 10 years ago), and all this at great pricing when you look around a bit for one of the many available discount offers they release during various times of the year.

Been using UsenetServer since 2017 and it has remained to be most affordable option around to this day. Not a single problem with download performance the entire time and 98% of everything I go looking for is available so I can attest to the good retention. I rarely know anyone that needs usenet services but when I do, I advise UNS. Seriously.

Giganews used to be better, and is still slightly faster (when it has the articles) but for the last 5 years at least, UNS has been my #1 provider overall. Speed is meaningless without article availability, and UNS strikes the balance. I believe it’s still the same farm as newshosting.com and powered by proper infrastructure.

Have been using UsenetServer for 6+ years now, never had an issue that I can think off. During that time ISP got three major speed upgrades and UsenetServer always delivered maximum speed. Retention is the main reason I chose them back in the day and it is still amazing today.

Your prices shot up without notification; you block some groups but don't readily tell us which and for what reason; searching doesn't seem to work. Takes forever to download headers (like, I've been at it for over two months and still haven't finished.

The great thing about Usenet Server is that it's just never an issue. I sometimes forget that it's even a subscription because it always works and I never have to complain. I've subscribed for YEARS and the reliability has always been better than any ISP I've used. Retention is great. It works seamlessly with my newsreader. I don't use Global Search as much as I should but it's always been good when I've used it. Usenet Server is an affordable and reliable way to stay in touch with the Usenet.

I don't have a lot to say. I've been using Usenetserver as my main usenet access for over a decade. Before that I went through 3 different, popular services but weren't always as reliable and gave me reasons to look for another service. There has never been any problems with access or fast download speeds for the entire time I've been a subscriber.

I am a long time UNS customer. It was my first provider on recommendation fromma friend. I have tried others but none measure up to the standard established by UNS. Even when trying others, I have maintained my UNS account because I know they will provide the service I need.

Reliability! There are never outages or disruptions, I don't know how you do it. Having the annual payment is also great. Do they have autopay? I honestly don't know but I image they do because everything is simple and convenient

It's one of those services you don't notice unless it isn't working and that has never happened during the years I've used it. Figure it's worth 5 stars on account that it's been extremely dependable. I can't compare to the others as this is the only one I use.

Not too expensive, fast, seems to have good retention, hasn't stuffed me around at all, you get a VPN included, which is fine it works, can't complain :)

Of equal importance, on those rare occasions when I had to contact their support department, my issues were always resolved quickly, effectively, and with respect. The Usenet agents I have dealt with, via voice or email, have always been extremely polite, friendly and just plain good at their jobs. I have always felt like they wanted to help me out, and they have never failed to do so.
