Bilal solved my issue in no time at all!

Bilal was so very patient and helpful in solving my problem with installation of PureVpn on a new computer since I had an existing account. She solved the issue promptly and I was once again a happy customer. Thank you Bilal!!

Another job well done

Another job well done. Ryan has helped twice to get our VPN restored. Originally, my wife could not connect to the VPN server. Which made updates and secure use impossible. After a couple chats with the service guys, Ryan was able to jump back in and clear things up. Redownloaded the program and set things right. It did not take long and Ryan was very courteous in the chat. Always hoping for no further issues, but if there is, it seems like we can get the help we need.

I'd like to tell the world that PureVPN tech support made my day! it was so hard to find any VPN app that provides the huge list of the countries to connect, and PureVPN has it. But I had so many troubles to connect to it. And the tech support (thank you, Adrian!) helped me to configure all settings. Everything works now! The best of the best

Over thr years PureVPN has had its troubles, but in the background there must be a hard working team addressing and solving those problems. This is evidenced by the continuous updates keeping this VPN ahead of the field. I just love it

Most of the review are not reflecting…

Most of the review are not reflecting the truth since PureVPN offered discounts or a free month in exchange of a positive review.

The app is broken it asks all the time to log in manually, also very often after awhile the connection will drop or the speed will drop too.

I wouldn't recommend this until they polish their app for desktop and smarthphone and improve the network stability.

Bilal provided excellent diagnostics to my problem (which was the website i was trying to access rather than pure vpn), then used his tools to guide me on how i could use pure vpn to solve it.

Bilal was excellent

Bilal was very precise and resolved my issue very quickly. Getting it solved fixed a technical issue that PureVPN solved immediately . Will likely renew my subscription with additional features when my current subscription expires early next year.

I guess someone get my account…

I guess someone get my account information I dont know how and he purchased addons on my account,

I message support and they help me so fast and they said will refund that addon payment,

I hope the let me remove my card information from there database but they said should remove my account to doing that :(

I wish they let us remove card information so I can continue with them

they have best VPN services
