Another job well done. Ryan has helped twice to get our VPN restored. Originally, my wife could not connect to the VPN server. Which made updates and secure use impossible. After a couple chats with the service guys, Ryan was able to jump back in and clear things up. Redownloaded the program and set things right. It did not take long and Ryan was very courteous in the chat. Always hoping for no further issues, but if there is, it seems like we can get the help we need.

Most of the review are not reflecting the truth since PureVPN offered discounts or a free month in exchange of a positive review.
The app is broken it asks all the time to log in manually, also very often after awhile the connection will drop or the speed will drop too.
I wouldn't recommend this until they polish their app for desktop and smarthphone and improve the network stability.

I guess someone get my account information I dont know how and he purchased addons on my account,
I message support and they help me so fast and they said will refund that addon payment,
I hope the let me remove my card information from there database but they said should remove my account to doing that :(
I wish they let us remove card information so I can continue with them
