Augusto Dorado was outstanding

Augusto Dorado was outstanding! He was patient and took the time to resolve the issue I was having with the router not connecting to any server. It was time consuming to try different settings and provide Augusto with screen shots so he could review and look for any problems. In the end he determined what could be the issue and it resolved the problem and got us connected as we were before.

I have joined the Nord VPN few days ago…

I have joined the Nord VPN few days ago after I saw some good recommendations in the various internet sites. I tried other VPN s previously ,they are not only more expensive but also have less features than NORD .The Nord customer service seems excellent .
Happy to recommend if any one looking to buy quality
and safe VPN.

Since I have had NORD I haven't had an…

Since I have had NORD I haven't had an issue with hackers, or malware etc., on my devices. I can route to a different VPN site to control unwanted commercials and content. Its great. A must for all online banking users. Thanks Nord. I feel confident in my privacy and protection.

Dont like only email support

Dont like only email support, amd sometime u say what you tried and its overlooked or inadequate explanatons not enough understanding what Skygo is, or right help to get it going. LIve help is better but sadly lucking on Nord

I started using Nord VPN only 2 months…

I started using Nord VPN only 2 months back. I found it cost effective and user friendly. Faced some internet connection issues but it got resolved within few hours thanks to the help of 24 Hrs customer service team

Cool Bananas ... Cool NORD VPN.

NORD VPN is a well respected brand and hopefully does what it says...although like any type of Computer Security program, it works in the background.
I do have issues sometimes not being able to get on the Internet on Win10 until I pause the VPN for 5 mins, then get on first....it seems to stay connected once VPN automatically comes back on...a bit annoying, and self defeating, but it could possibly be some wrong settings on PC i reckon.

The Best, EVER!

I tried dozens of VPN services, none of them give me half of what Nord gave me!
Thousands of locations, super fast connection, doesn't consume much power, hundreds of articles about security, strict auto-connection.. When the VPN loses connection with other services, with Nord you struggle with them to turn it off for a short period 🤣, and it still tricks streaming services unlike most other VPNs, and they offer integrated services such as storage space and a password keeper - although I don't use them - but they will create a great user experience

Had too many issues using this provider…

Had too many issues using this provider from slow internet speed, not being able to access certain apps and even removing all my Apple Music downloads. Luckily I only paid for a month to month subscription. I cancelled the service after 3 days

Fast response to minor issue

I had a minor issue with a promotion offer when I renewed my subscription. Customer Service promptly replied and fixed the issue. Followed up too. I've been a subscriber for 3 years with no issue. If this is how a frivolous issue is responded to, I have no doubt that other issues will be addressed promptly. A great VPN.

They took a random unauthorised payment

I previously had a Nord VPN subscription which ran out in March 2023. In July 2024 they randomly took a payment through Paypal.
I contacted them to ask them to refund, but they directed me to a bot service which was then unable to understand the issue. I was then sent back to customer service, who had sent me to the bot in the first place.
The payment was quite large (122 Euros), and was unauthorised.
Don't trust this company as there is no rectification or accountability if they do something like this.

Log In Issues

My VPN suddenly would not allow me to log in. On a Mac with an older OS. It would have been very easy for them to say update and goodbye.

BUT thru several rounds of emails, possible solutions that did not work, they figured it out. I am really impressed with the level of commitment, in helping one guy, with an old mac, resolve an issue.

I have tried several VPN's over the years, tech help always very so so, But these guys are the best.

I will continue to use NORD VPN.
With tech support like this, I am now a customer for life.

Very intuitive and easy to use

Very intuitive and easy to use. Just select the country you want and the app handles the rest. Your traffic is Encrypted and secure against attacks. I've used it for quite a while now and never had any issues. Even support is excellent.

G nice people and very good service

I already had good experience for more than 6 years with Nord VPN and it was clear for me to continue again. Also now again they were very helpful with continuing my subscription.and even more important anytime you’ve got a question, they always respond immediately, and help you very kind and adequately.

Very patient and thorough

Very patient, very thorough, and tackled each issue politely and with an intent to really understand my needs.

My live chat representatives were Carlos Martínez and Inigo Burgos who were both delightful, insightful, and effective. These are exactly the types of individuals that would make nordvpn a company worth being loyal to.

NordVPN service is the worst

NordVPN service is the worst. You can’t talk with a live person and the advise they give by email does not address the issues. I finally gave up working with them after weeks of going back-and-forth without success and just deactivate NordVPN when I need to use common websites like Amazon and United Airlines.

NordVPN Technical Chat Support

Immediately available chat. Only took about two minutes of questions from the bot and I was talking to a real live human being, Ramon. Ramon immediately found a solution to my problem, which worked perfectly. However he walked off without saying good-bye when I still had questions, and NEVER TOLD ME HE HAD LEFT. So I was left hanging for about fifteen minutes. Finally someone else, Agusto, started talking to me and answered my remaining questions very well.
