Terrible quality. Son used maybe twice or three times max and a stone came off from the pendant!! Was asked to return so they can replace with a new pendant - and to keep the chain, and waited for awhile for their response to acknowledge receipt of my return. After several emails they confirmed receipt of the item - only to find out later that instead of shipping out the replacement pendant, they refunded my card instead. So now my son is left with just a chain. Extremely disappointed because my son actually liked the look of your designs but quality is not good at all. Thanks for not taking care of that simple request. Terrible.

I processed a replacement for a broken bail, sent it back in and forgot about it until my kiddo asked about where his chain was. Sadly UPS lost the package, or it was never received. By the time I checked with GLD the 60 window had passed. They granted me an exception to get my replacement chain for my son. Grateful for the support and customer service

This shop is helping criminals use stolen credit cards. When asked them to report the person they stopped the chat and sent me back to the virtual helper. Basically they are helping people who are thieves.

Make sure if you buy from here, you get the correct size the first time. The original chain I bought was a little too small, so I followed the instructions to make an exchange and it has now been over a month and a half and they haven't even shipped out my new chain. They continuously sent me emails saying I needed to pay an extra fee for the new chain, however failed to actually send me an invoice 5 times. It's ridiculous that they claim to need an entire month to simply process an exchange, and I will not be buying from this website again. Get faster and better customer service somewhere else. Absolutely not worth my money or time.

I love GDL and have been buying from them 4 years now. The jewelry is long lasting, doesn't tarnish. I workout 6x a week, play sports and everything still looks new. The customer service is also ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I couldn't recommend any other company

Omg. Where do I begin. I order a lot from GLD and what’s the first time I’ve ever had an item not make it to me, which was no fault of GLD. I tried to contact FedEx to explain to them that the package seem to be hung up in their system, and they were quite rude and didn’t want to help me they said I had to go back to the vendor that I purchased the item through, Camille pretty much everything and it was so quick and their response was so swift. It was amazing. They put the customer and customer service. So somewhere between that package leaving the GLD shop and getting to Cypress Texas location the package disappeared because it still sitting stuck in Cyprus not moving or not showing any other info. I’m just angry that GLD had to lose that merchandise when they do have really great merchandise I mean, if anyone’s reading this, you really should check their sides Syed they have beautiful female jury this as well as male. I originally started Buying for my son and my son-in-law and when I saw that they had a large female inventory well I start buying for myself. Kudos to Camille
