I am extremely disappointed with the ring I purchased. Firstly, the engraving was unreadable, despite the company claiming to have superb quality control. It took them two weeks to return the ring to me. Secondly, one of the sapphire stones fell out after less than two months of normal wear. When I contacted their customer service, they stated that I didn't purchase additional warranty and therefore the ring is not covered. I believe my consumer rights have been breached.

Everything about Bold Precious metals is fantastic with the exception of the length of time it takes to receive merchandise. Most of the time it takes about 3 weeks after using an e-check which seems excessive.
