I contacted support about an issue and…

I contacted support about an issue and was given very prompt help that got me up and running again.

I receently switched to smtp2go from a service I have been using for years, and I now wish I had done it a long time ago. Their system is very easy to use, takes me just a couple of minutes to get my sites up and running. Feeling very confident my emails are going through. Thanks!

Same issue twice this week

Same issue twice this week where smtp2go is not delivering mail. They say that "a team" is working on the server we are currently on causing the issue. Why not change us to a different server before working on it? By doing this you are causing us and our users issues.

I signed up with Trust Pilot just for this review to hopefully get someone at smtp2go to address this issue.

Don't change what you are currently…

Don't change what you are currently doing with your customer support. These guys are great!

A person named Emily helped me and even though your mail servers are currently experiencing an issue, I can live with it because this person is very nice and has helped me greatly.

Simple yet powerful platform

Despite the apparent simplicity of the presentation, the service hides many powerful features. It gives the impression that the platform was created by people who know what they are doing. I had no doubt that I have done the right choice.

Making Email Notifications Easy

SMTP2Go helps make email deliverability for goofy old devices so much easier. Support as always was amazingly prompt…

Support as always was amazingly prompt and super friendly.
They were helping me to validate that I didn't need SPF records relating to their company for e-mails sent out from my domain.

Since we didn't have to change anything it was a clean and simple support request. Great work!

Keeping up the good work

I send around 10,000 emails a month to my members via SMTP2GO. Great email management and deliverability!
Because of a special promotion this month, I'll be doubling my send - no problem. A quick online chat with SMTP2GO support confirmed that this will be fine for just $1 per 1000 messages... I'm a happy bunny!

Difficult Issue Solved!

I recently had an issue that would have been impossible to fix without SMTP2Go. The awesome ability to track emails and have that, combined with the excellent chat support, meant I got my system back up and working extremely quickly. If email deliverability is important to you, SMTP2Go is a must.

We have been using SMTP2GO for 2+ years without a hiccup.

Two years ago we launched a web based, custom application for our company. One of the most important parts of the system was linked to automated notices regarding our customer's order status. We struggled with SMTP solutions from two other providers. I found SMTP2GO and had it configured and running very quickly. No blacklisted domains, account lock outs, or evil "we're going to close your account" due to too many spam submissions. We have been using SMTP2GO for 2+ years without a hiccup.

Smpt2Go Is Great!

Smpt2Go is an amazingly simple service, but also it solved a very large problem that we were facing. Having reliable email services when needed, they have been our go to for some out dated equipment not supporting new email rules and requirements. Their service has saved us a lot of money by allowing us to use our equipment as needed.

SMTP2Go has been a lifesaver for…

SMTP2Go has been a lifesaver for setting up copiers and AIO printers to send scanned emails. I started with the free version and used one of my smaller clients. The services worked so well, and we now have the paid version, and all of my clients are sending scans with no problems. The smtp2go website activity is my go-to to see real-time client mail flow to see any errors or delays. I have been pleased with the few times I contacted support for the fast response and resolutions—excellent product/service.

Super Reliable - Why Go Anywhere Else?

SMTP2GO super reliable and a great solution for our clients who need excellent email delivery reliability. From an admin point of view, having logs in a nice, online interface helps us troubleshoot issues easily. We've been using it for years.
