Still have no idea if they actually have a cable management 1U insert that’s less than 2” in depth because the wrong one was sent. But they refunded the purchase price to fix the mistake so I appreciate that

This was our first time ordering from LANshack a PRO-XIP4CC-LC-2P-450-RR-01-02 and first time having to pull a long 450' run of fiber in a 1" conduit to remote pool house / home office. I was a little concerned that the cable would be damaged due to the strength needed to pull through a non straight conduit run. but the fiber cable held up due to the extra charge of having it assembled with pulling attachments on both ends.

LANshack has always delivered exactly the pre-terminated fiber optic cables I have ordered in a very reasonable amount of time for a competitive price. They have never given me any excuses on why they couldn't fulfill an order in all the years I have been having them make the cables I use. I've tried other providers and none of them measured up to what LANshack can do.

I am updating a review that was left on my behalf by my admin. I was really upset over an issue with an order.
Well the VP reached out and we had a talk, he understood my issue, and I understand their service. I was offered to call on the boss if I needed in the future. I really appreciated he reached out directly, they do care and read their reviews. That means alot to me. One stop shopping. I was searching for options to extend our company's wifi coverage to include our maintenance shop on the back of our property. The 400'+ run was already directional drilled and was not suitable for running an ethernet cable. After reviewing the literature available on LANshack.com I learned what I needed for such a run. LANshack had the perfect solution available as a single purchase with 2 media converters, 2 sfp modules, and 500' of pre-terminated fiber cable....with the pulling ends already attached! Single box solution, shipped fast, installed easy. Could not recommend it more.

fairly easy to order what i wanted, fast shipping. i will say i almost screwed up. i only looked in 1 of my fiber patch panel enclosures and didnt see the connection kit, never dawned on me you would put all 3 kits in 1 enclosure, i almost ordered 3 more because i didnt think there were there🤣

For starters, I was supposed to get the item in 5-8 days. It was supposed to ship from NY or NJ. It took almost 2 weeks to receive the product and it came from CA.

2nd issue, the fiber came rolled with the pull eye at the bottom of the spool, so I had to unwind the entire spool in order to do the run and it was not fun considering that i did not have a lot of place to place the fiber so that it wouldn't get tangled.

As for the product itself, it seems to be good. (I am so far only using 2/4 fibers).
