Ive tried 3 different brands of vpn

Ive tried 3 different brands of vpn. I personally found ipvanish the most easiest user friendly experience out of others. Topped with genuine fast customer care. And plenty of offers on. Highly recommended by me thanks 🙏 this is my 3rd yearly subscription so keep us customers happy as always 🤝

I’ve always had great customer service…

I’ve always had great customer service with IPVanish technical support staff. I’ve found them all very knowledgeable, and have always been able to solve issues the first call. Additionally, in the 5 years I’ve been using their VPN, I’ve only had to use their support 3 or 4 times. It’s a solid product

Does not support IPTV.

It was easy to set up, however, my internet speed went way down when using it for IPTV. I contacted their support and was told they don’t support IPTV. So I canceled my account and subscribed to Surfshark who do support IPTV. It would be helpful if IPvanish indicated this on their website, it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.

Very easy-to-use use and configure

Very easy-to-use use and configure. Works with android and windows with pretty much the same functionality. When I had an issue, I contacted customer service and got a very quick response and was able to resolve my issue quickly.

IP Vanish

I am a Brit living in Italy and miss some UK tv programmes. I have held an IPVanish subscription since Feb 2019 and have been very pleased both with the performance of the application and the technical support on the few occasions that I have needed it. Not there has been anything wrong with the VPN - rather, it has been my own shortcomings, but nothing is too trivial for their experts. I will continue to use IPVanish as my preferred VPN.

Tried so many others and this is it

Tried so many others and this is it. Dead on. Better quality, easy to use and more accurate. iPVanish VPN is better by far. Great for my home system and yours.

I considered changing VPN providers...

I considered changing VPN providers by a recommendation of someone I follow. However, when I compared prices, I was shocked by the annual price and not getting much more at all for it. I have been with IPVanish for at least a decade and am able to negotiate the annual renewal price each year. There is no way I will trade this for nearly $500 per year after an initial sale price, which was still higher than my IPVanish price now. The minor differences in service quality, in my opinion, do not warrant a price increase like that to me. IPVanish does everything I need.

Cancelled my account and they would not refund my month's they stole from me

I cancelled my account in March, found out I was still getting billed for months after. Tried the online chat to resolve the issue and they will not issue a refund. But hopefully they actually cancelled the account properly this time. Thanks for taking my money and the bad customer service. Will choose a different company next time.

I would of liked to been able to use…

I would of liked to been able to use this provider but because I use Unifi Dream Machine and wanted to use wiregueard they don't support a config file or settings list to set it up manually so I had to go with NordVPN.

Conned by IPVanish

I had a deal with IPVanish for life at £8 a month which they offered me via email. IPVanish cancelled my deal after 2 months and claimed I cancelled it when I hadn't. They then said I had to re-sign up at £12.99 a month. They went against their £8 a month promise.

This company makes it very difficult if…

This company makes it very difficult if not impossible to cancel. DO NOT GO WITH THEM! They will try and steal your money forever. even after I cancelled the service, they billed me anyway and when I got it touch with them for a refund the same day they said they don't offer refunds and offered me a 1/2 price deal. This company needs to be investigated by the FTC.
