My dog is suffering from Pancreatitis

My dog is suffering from Pancreatitis. He was put on a rigorous low-fat diet. I contacted your company for the fat content of HONEST PAWS Calm Soft Chews and was told that the FDA would not allow you to provide it. I was on auto-renewal. Your company was the only one (including prescription food dog companies) that refused to give me that information. I do not know at this time if he will be able to continue with these treats that calm him down. This is disturbing.

At the beginning of my experience

At the beginning of my experience, I was very discouraged. An order had been lost in the mail. The company did reship to me; however, that shipment was delayed. The 4th of July is very stressful with our animals and I really needed the product. Your employee, Gina Perkins, stayed right with me through the whole process and did her absolute best to make it right. I was frustrated and she just kept encouraging me and working on the problem until it was totally solved.

First of all this is such a great company with a stellar product my dog enjoys. Second of all they have the best customer care of any dog food or animal supply company I’ve ordered from. Gina Perkins was on it! Not only did she solve my issue in break neck speed but she was super kind, thorough and helpful. Great company and highly recommend to all pet parents.

Next Level Customer Service

The Customer Service Representative, Chrissie, is the best. Having explained my issue with a shipping mix up, she worked with the Team to correct the problem. Another problem occurred and I felt comfortable enough to reach out to Chrissie since she had the background. She did not let me down. Honest Paws ensured all issues were resolved and you knew that you were not left hanging with an automated system or a representative that did not work with the customer to resolve the issue. Thanks again for the great experience.

Genesis delivers great customer service

Genesis was a big help in resolving a delivery issue. Since we use this product to manage our senior kitty's arthritis pain, it was really important to us that we get our next shipment before we run out of our current supply. A big thank you to Genesis for resolving a delivery issue and making sure our kitty got his pain medicine.

Helps with highly anxious behavior like a dream!

Quick shipping! We have been interested in using CBD oil for our anxious pups for awhile, and I am so glad we found Honest Paws. Our mixed breed doggos have a bit of an aggressive and high-anxiety nature, and it has affected their behavior more and more as they've gotten older. Things came to a head a few weeks ago when one of our boys (pug/chihuahua
/heeler mix) got into it with his dad (full pug) when I was getting ready to leave the house, and dad lost an eyeball as a result. I ordered this CBD oil and it came within a few days. Started giving it to our 2 with the anxiety issues an hour or so before I have to leave over the past few weeks, and it's like we have completely different dogs! It has been such a relief, I didn't know what I was going to do if they kept getting into fights due to anxiety. I hope it keeps working this well for life!

I called to stop the automatic shipping…

I called to stop the automatic shipping and charge on a product that I am currently not using as often as I originally did CBD calming drops for dogs. My dog is older now and doesn’t need it as often

I asked Antonio Jimenez to discontinue auto shipping because I have a little bit of a stockpile.

Antonio was said ke understood and it was no problem. He immediately discontinued the shipping.

Product works great. I will order more in the future when I have used my surplus.

Joint Mobililty

Our springer spaniels are getting up in years, and their joints were getting stiff. They were either limping or carrying their front or hind legs. Honest Paw Mobility CBD has helped them a lot.

What's customer service

I purchased your product. Did not want to put it on auto ship, until I knew if my cat would like it, but somehow it automatically went to auto ship. Figured I would fix that before the next shipment. My cat would not eat the chews. I reached out to your customer service for advice on how to get my cat to each the chews. NO ONE ANSWERED. Not one person responded to my email. So I cancelled my order and I found a different company to do business with. One with actual customer service.

Easy ordering

Easy ordering, reliable shipping, good pricing.

Also, the products are explained well on the website. My dog Muppet loves the CBD products and they appear to help with her anxiety.

Thank you for always going above and beyond!

I have been buying products for years for my dog that has seizures. I LOVE Honest Paws and trust their products 100%! Most recently I tried to take advantage of a special but couldn't get the free product that was part of the special. Miriam went above and beyond to make it right and make sure I was happy. Mobility extra strength 1000mg CBD

I have been giving my girl the 1000mg cbd oil for a little over a year for mobility. She is a Shepard and has hip issues. I fateful give her a dose twice a day and this has definitely helped her with the pain. It doesn't fix the issue but makes her more comfortable. I will continue to use this daily.

Probiotic and Prebiotic

Honestly, I barely write comment to anything. But I decided to share my suggestions to everyone. I had purchased hundred brands of probiotics for my super picky aka always sensitive stomach Cavapoo the Mochi. Mochi took these Probiotic for more than 6 months each, unfortunately no improvement can see.
Until I get to know Honest Paw! I purchased Multivitamin and Probiotic for my Mochi to try while she has serious paw licking and boot the scoot recently!
Seriously, after 3 days she took both products, I saw a huge and instant improvement. She didn’t lick her paw and stopped to rub her anal. I strongly recommend this products and will continue to use it!!

My dog is feeling much better

My dog is doing so much better now that she has her drops. She seems to move better and sleep better. I would recommend it to anyone with an elderly pet.

Nice way to start my day…

Antonio is an affable gentleman that took care of my issue quickly and efficiently. I am happy with the result. This is my first occassion to deal with Honest Paws and we are making headway. If the calming peanut butter works as well as Antonio this will be a great relationship.
