Holly at your company made my experience great! My AKC dog tag is beautiful, but the first one mailed June 11th thru USPS appeared lost in the mail when I contacted Holly on 7/1/24. She was so kind and immediately sent out a new tag and took the time to email me a tracking number herself! If you can believe it the replacement tag and the “lost tag” were delivered to my home by USPS the same day, 7/5/24. I feel so bad that USPS is not supportive of the great job Dog Tag Art is trying to do for their customers.

Great customer service
The tag got lost in the mail. I reached out for assistance with a replacement and we had one in our mailbox within three days. The tag itself is solid, and comes with two different ways to attach it to the collar. It came exactly as pictured

Great Tags!
Been buying these tags for years for all my dogs. They have their collars with the tags on 24/7 so they sometimes wear through the hole on the tag, but other than that they are durable. I love than I can get personalized Green Bay Packers tags.

Exceptional as always
Exceptional as always. Ordered a tag for my dog. Waited almost 2 weeks for delivery but it didn’t come at no fault to them. Contacted customer service and had another shipped to me that day. It arrived a couple days later and was the perfect Jedi tag for my Kenobi. Will continue to order all my dog tags from here.

What I ordered was exactly what I got in a reasonable time frame. I've made two orders and I've been happy both times. The one thing I would say is maybe the metal rings need to be a bit more stronger as over time they weaken and open up more risking the tag falling off.

Four stars. The first order never made it for whatever reason, but an email later a replacement sent and now received. It is a silly little dog tag worth more sentiment than value. It was annoying the order was not received and that cannot attributed to the vendor, but the vendor had great customer response and resolution. Hence a good experience.
