I ordered a new bedframe for my daughter.. then was given uncomplaining help to change to the correct size, (I had made a mistake) .. Delivery time was good,, and my daughter is very pleased with her bed.
Her eldest grand-daughter is now ordering the same bed for herself, because her Nan is so happy with hers.

As someone with a spinal injury needing to update my bed frame and mattress to better support the injury, I was really impressed with the Bedzy range and pricing - I made a lot of comparisons to similar products and the Bedzy pricing was significantly lower.
I was also incredibly happy with the speed my order made it out to a very remote area. Assembly was simple (for the person helping me, who managed to do it all without a second person), and I've been sleeping much better since.

I bought a hammock from Bedzy, it arrived quickly, it was easy to assemble and is of exceptionally good quality. I’m a fairly big unit (186 cm and 116Kg) and this hammock supports me easily, it’s very comfortable and looks great.

I have used Bedzy three times, primarily because they are just way less expensive than anywhere else I can find. The beds have all proven to be great. In one instance I had a broken piece of the bed and without question they asked me know if there wanted a replacement or a refund. Just fabulous customer service.

Bedzy are the best. Best prices best quality best service in fact there service is so good it beyond a joke I’m in wodonga and had all sorts of problems with the transport company telling me 1st they had everything then they had dropped everything of when in actual fact they forgot two items then said they lost them then they never had them in the first place but Bedzy fixed everything up without any issues in the world so if you have any issues you can trust Bedzy

Terrible quality product. Lock nuts are actually plastic and break easily so was 2 short in the end. Drawers won't close or open properly due to runner being misaligned. When closed drawers don't line up and one drawer front has scuff marks along bottom edge. Very disappointing and will have to take apart for partner to fix.
The 1 star rating is for the good delivery.
