The app would be so much better to use if the filter/sort side bar didn't take up half my shopping screen, making it near impossibletosee produce underneath. I've tried everything to remove this but nothing has worked, I've even tried uninstalling and re-installing without success.

The whole shopping experience went very smoothly, it was great. I like the fact you can redeem Everyday Rewards and Qantas points. However, I didn't receive a confirmation Email after my purchase so I'm hoping my order processed properly.

Once again I try to be as constructive as possible but find myself at a loss to find a negative component.
Firstly site navigation was quick and easy. The photos in the promo were actually the items for sale not just teasers.
Selected my items and proceeded to checkout. Again simple and speedy.
Now delivery! My items were delivered in 4 days - I picked them from my very friendly and professional post office.

I tried multiple times to create my account but there was errors constantly by the website and app. As soon as I purchased the item, I noticed the address is a bit different to mine so I called the customer services team and advised them to update it. They emailed me it can’t be done now even though I literally called a minute after the purchase. I will have to wait for the courier to be assigned to change the address which is frustrating.

Mostly happy with my deal and products I have purchased
I recently purchased some sheets Polly cotton , once I received them , I knew right away that they were more like micro fibre , very little cotton , so-called my deal to return as quality wasn't what I expected , and have had these sheets before ,they ball up , and very unpleasant to sleep in
Mydeal customer service weren't very polite , told me was a change of mind , so I would have to pay postage and also wouldn't get a refund ,
I told them there is a cooling off period of 30 days and it wasn't change of mind , wasn't happy with the quality of the product,
So I have received return postage paid , via email and am now happy as the seller is going to return my money.
Perhaps Mydeal needs to brush up on their customer service , and teach them consumer law

Website doesn’t allow to ship to new suburbs, where most of new furniture is needed. Customer care has no ideas and keep asking the same question. Improve your website.

I was looking for Sketches shoes which I had seen previously on My Deal. I knew at the advertised price there was little chance of finding a pair in my size.
The site was so easy to follow, plus I found my size. Normally size 6 (American 7) is easy to find but I couldn’t find them on any other site so went to My Deal in desperation. Happy customer.
