The insurance issue can be confusing but hopefully I wont need to use it while on the trip. Overall…I am very satisfied. A lot better than some companies. Easy to purchase.

Choosing a plan is very easy! You are given many options, each with explanations for the information provided. You have the ability to compare plans as well. Once you have decided on a plan, a quote can be emailed to you so that you may review the entire policy. Make sure it contains coverage for everything that your specific circumstance requires especially the cancellation policies. Easy !!! and Reasonably priced!

AARDY was very thorough in helping us narrow down our travel insurance options and help us find the best plan for us. I spoke with four different people over the course of several days (Christiana, Miranda, Peter and Shanna), and they were all knowledgeable, personable and patient with my questions. I hope we will not need to file a claim, but we can rest assured we are covered.

Melanie worked with me to tailor a policy for what I needed for my trip. She immediately sent an email with two policies for me to look over. Peter took my call to finalize the plan I decided to take. Both Melanie and Peter were very helpful and explained each policy that I was considering. Peter was very efficient in taking all the information that was needed to apply for the policy. He made sure it was all correct for the application. Thanks to both of them for making this a stress free and easy process.

The people involved throughout the process were outstanding. Janet was the first helpful person. Then Amanda helped with the policy decision making and provided information on what policy is best for our needs. And finally Melanie performed the actual booking of the policy. I would highly recommend your company to anyone that needs travel insurance. I will be back for sure. Europe is in the works for 2026. Thanks everyone for the professional help you gave me. Cheers
