More Money Applied to Taxes Versus Number of Minutes
I feel in paying for anything, the taxes should not be more than what you are receiving. While this is a cheaper service to put minutes on the phone versus a monthly plan, there should be more money in taxes than the number of minutes the customer is paying.

Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the rate exchange, that is also imposed by the local operator.

I think you offer a near excellent service. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating is because when credit is purchased online, the balance shown does not reflect the new purchase nor is there any indication that the purchase was successfully completed. One has to logout and login again in order to confirm the purchase and see the new balance.
