Probably the Best Option for a Telecom Provider You Can Get

After bad experience with esim activation and customer support that was not really helpful and waisted my time, people from company reached and resolved the issue pretty swiftly.

The telecom service is probably the best you can get in country with fastest internet and best coverage.

Bad service for tourists

I buy SIM card for 15 days tarif, but seller connect me to another 10 days tarif. I saw it when internet turns off during important call. After it another 5 euro spent for traffic. Very angry.

Online support doesnt' know about payment on their website....

UPD: after payment nothing happens. You can’t turn on tarif by mobile application. Online chat support said that I should send sms with text "JEDINICE TRAJNA 30" to 1467 for 500GB 30 days.

Summary: T-mobile clients powerless without office!

Remark: Internet much better that E:TEL.

Директору T-Mobile:
1. Менеджеры обязаны говорить клиентам какой у них тариф, сколько дней он действует, что нужно для продления.
2. Сделайте 1 бумажку или картинку со списком тарифов, где было бы написаны минуты, смс, интернет, дни, цена. Чтобы тыкать в картинку клиентов.

Best telco provider in Mne, great offers for tourists

Telekom is always my choice when I’m in Montenegro! Amazingly good internet at amazingly fair prices. I use a prepaid card and always activate one of the internet packages. I recently needed support and their customer service was also 5*.
