This trip was very important to me and my family.
But Tarifasodeal did not owner the reservation and purchase. One day before the trip called them to confirm and told I don't have reservation and have to cancel my trip, I was very sad and angry that I missed family weeding. DO NOT TRUST THEM I Will not reserve my trip from this company. I had very bad experience.

You buy something "cheap" then they call you Nathan and want to sell you something else, and on top of that when you tell him that you no longer want what they offer you he gets upset and hangs up on you.

I want to say you ,for me was a very very bad experience to buy a ticket with you.
It was my first time using your agency and never told me or show me that the ticket I was purchasing was a waitlist ticket and I almost Iost my money, I had to give you a big difference in order to get another one. I can't imagine that you do that every time and don't give the client the opportunity to recover what they invested.

Scammer-I put in my my flight information on Cheap Flights and I picked what I wanted, Tarifasodeal came up the cheapest $56.00 cheaper than all. I purchased the ticket and I got an email that they will call me. I knew something was wrong, no other travel company does that. I called 3 times, then I started ready their reviews, Alice called me back and said that I got the cheapest price that does not include seats, carry on, or anything else. I told her to cancel the reservations. She said no they can't it is none refundable and they already charged my card. Well, I knew they did not because they have not purchased anything yet. She insisted that they charge me and I would not get a refund. I called my bank, put a stop on the card and I moved on to the next company. A charge did show up from a plant company but the bank already denied the charge. I never ordered anything from this company. So they do not use proper phone numbers, they do not use proper companies that they are working under, and the address they have for their location is actually someone's Condo in Plantation, but you can tell they are from Bangladesh. Stay Away from this company

Flight tickets were booked using this online travel agency tarifasodeal.com for flights from Phoenix, Az to Kochi, India on 7/20/2024. We received multiple confirmation emails from the above mentioned travel agent. We paid Total Price: $2191.84 using our credit card 9041. The total amount was debited on 7/15/2024. The airline staff at airport was unable to find an active air ticket. Stated that the ticket has been cancelled and the amount is refunded. I did not received any email communication from tarifasodeal.com or Qatar airways regarding this matter. I checked my credit card statement, money $ 1991.43 has been taken by qatar airways on 7/16/24, no refund issued. $200.41 was taken by Trlv*experts*8885013510 on 7/17/24, a refund was issued after i called and spoke to them today. I have email communication from tarifasodeal.com regarding the airticket confirmation as well as the receipt of the total amount. But no email regarding the cancellation of the tickets or refund.I am supposed to reach Kochi India on Monday as there is a family emergency is going on. Now am stranded in the airport, with no air tickets or refund.

Both employees I spoke with were very helpful it seemed initially. After some time on the phone it appeared more and more like I was a bit of a scam organization that sought to make extra money on unsuspecting passengers. In addition to that their accent made them somewhat difficult to understand which compounded the problem. On my last conversation with Michelle, it seemed all she was interested in was me completing the survey while she was on the phone with me. I persisted in saying no, and we went back and forth a bit before she finally hung up. I've never gone through this agency before and never will again. In the end, I do have confirmation numbers with an airline for the flights I wanted but I ended up paying more than twice the original discounted price that led me to this site in the first place.

I booked a flight today, I paid 265.32. Ten hours later I received a phone call saying that I can’t take not even a carry on with me. I asked for cancellation and they said it was impossible, so they changed my date of flight and make me paid 388.98. I paid 188.96 for the ticket and 200.82 for Travel Agency Services. I feel scammed. So get away from them

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company hires employees who are very rude and unwilling to help if something goes wrong. My return flight was booked as standby and without my confirmation, this company canceled my flight and still charged me the full amount. Please, know that they are scam artists, greedy, and want your money without any repercussions. I will be returning regularly to give them a bad review.

Do not use this company. I found them off the Kayak site and therefore thought they were legit but they are not. I have had nothing but phone calls and emails asking for more money and them claiming I may not even take my purse on the plane with me without paying extra fees. It is insane and I want to help someone else avoid this nightmare.

Extremely disorganized and almost seems like a scam by offering exceptionally low prices, without any guarantees or confirmations. Spent an hour on the phone trying to find alternative fares because the booked flights were no longer available. Fare they quoted for alternate flights ended up being more than double what I originally paid. I was able to get a confirmed flight after an hour on the phone, but had to pay over an additional $100 and the flight times were not desirable. On top of that, I got way too many emails regarding my eticket, and several calls to go over my eticket. I don’t understand why I need to speak to and email so many different times regarding one flight! I should’ve just booked on Priceline.com. I would’ve saved much more booking the alternative flight on their website.
