The processing is too long just purchasing the ticket. I have trouble communicating with their agency. Because they keep on getting hold. Lot of info need to provide then lead me to the final person michelle who asked me to give a review just only because she smoothly provide me the confirmation e-ticket. Of course I would say yes but the whole process of purchasing is a mess.

So far customer support was good and understanding but they make you do the survey before they finish up your purchase. The prices are not the best either but I’ll be back for a further review once the trip is over. Something don’t feel right about this transaction.

I came across your website when looking for the best deal to fly home for my brother's 88th birthday. The price was excellent so I accepted the terms and paid the fare. What I didn't do was check my emails to confirm my purchase and special deal expired. As a result, I spent an additional fee to update the transaction. So always check your emails! Tarifasodeal (Billy) was gracious throughout all my fumbling and I would recommend this group to anyone (who checks their email regularly) for courteous and efficient flight reservations. I'm a third-year law student at a very prestigious university in the us. Please avoid booking anything with this company, as it is a scam. Trust me, I've been studying law for three years, and their policies do not align with standard bank or airline policies.

If you visit bbb.org, you'll find that Tarifasodeal hasn't obtained the necessary license from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. "On May 10, 2024, BBB confirmed that the business address couldn't be verified and that no licensing for the business could be found."

If you book a flight on their website using PayPal, go to PayPal and report the transaction as fraudulent. If you use a credit or debit card, contact your bank to report it as fraud.

Wishing everyone safe travels, and I advise against using this company. Let's work together to expose and report fraudulent and unjust companies.

Absolutely Horrible Experience

I am absolutely furious with Tarifasodeal after the horrendous experience I've had. This has been the worst booking service I've ever encountered. I somehow ended up on their website and agreed to a price, only to have them continuously demand additional payments for a so-called "Guarantee sit," which resulted in charges that were outrageously higher than what I originally agreed to. Despite receiving a confirmation, I still haven't been able to book my hotel because they haven't confirmed it on their end. It's crystal clear to me now that Tarifasodeal is a scam operation. Do NOT book with them under any circumstances! They are deceitful and untrustworthy. Save yourself the headache and frustration I've had to endure.

Restriction of no baggage or carry on was not disclosed in promo fee restrictions. Denied ability to cancel transaction. Transaction should not have been completed until all information was provided. Cost to upgrade to Basic instead of Basic Economy resulted in nearly the same price directly with United. Transaction took 45 mins to an hour to complete. I should have just booked directly with airline. Terrible service.

I felt like I was scammed by Frontier. Ammy Smith helped me complete the process. I had to pay extra fees to be able to take a suitcase on the plane. That was such a disappointment and expense I was not expecting.

Stay away from this company the worst of the worst hidding fees avoid with all costs i ended up paying more than if go straight to the airlines website! They attract you with false prices ... i paid almost double of what they advertising before........ dont fool yourself do your own research i should have I felt so stupid dont let that happen to you scamscamscamscam

I spoke to 2 agents. Maverick and Kristy both were pleasant, polite and helpful. My flight was increased because I needed to bring 1 carry luggage. Having not flown a short distance before and did not know the regulations of what or what I could not bring on my flight. Maverick was helpful with correcting my flight arrangements. Kristy called me to make sure I received my E-Ticket and helping with my seating arrangements.

I made reservation around the end of May for my daughter to come to Fl to help me. She hurt her back and is seeing a surgeon soon. I asked to cancel her reservations. They not only cancelled it but are NOT going to charge me for the tickets. What a GREAT company. Companies do not seem to have any compassion, but this company does. I will definitely use them again and I recommend this company to others!!
