I'm so glad I made this purchase for the Neuro Fuzzy with this store. It was not available at the time, but for me they made it available to buy as a backorder. It was only a couple weeks or so later when they shipped it in a well protected outer box.
The cooker works really well, now no more issues with getting sushi and regular long grain brown rice correct. The maker of the cooker is available by phone for consult on recipe if not sure, they had also affirmed this store is an authorized dealer. A very fine well made machine from a very nice store. Good rice cookers are expensive. Superco had the exact model I was looking for and cost $65 less than that "Prime" place and had free shipping. I was skeptic at first but decided to buy after reading the reviews of Superco. I'm glad I did. Our new Zojirushi Induction cooker is legit and actually makes rice taste better! Shipping was fast and packaged well. Communication was also excellent. Received lots of updates to where they were in the process.

We orded on the 23rd. It was delivered on the 29th. A short shipment totally in Cslifornia. It sat for 3 days in a warehouse without leaving. We were impressed by the quality of the product

The internet sales department is good both times I order online. Installation, so-so. The team claims that they called both times, but they really didn't. Overall, I stayed on top of my orders and got my installation done.

I looked online for a Zojirushi hot pot and found the exact item, costing much less than anywhere else, at Superco, plus free shipping. I had not heard of Superco, and being skeptical I googled them and was pleased to see the great reviews and relieved that they were indeed legitimate.

Really happy with my experience.
I've never been to Superco's brick and mortar store but took a chance and ordered a Zojirushi water boiler online. It came delivered to San Francisco in perfect condition. Good packaging that wasn't wasteful. Timely shipping. It was also a really good deal, the price was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Couldn't fault Superco and would order from them again.

Although the reviews aren’t many, the site is legit. This is a very unpopular site but it is nonetheless trustworthy. The shipping is quick and fast. Price is lower than what you can find on other websites including Amazon. If you found what you need on this site, just buy it. I guarantee you won’t regret.

I am not in a region Superco has stores so I had never heard of them. I was a little skeptical about whether they were a trustworthy company but was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I got. They very quickly confirmed my order and shipped it same day, it arrived very quickly. Highly recommend Superco.

Was a little apprehensive because there didn't seem to be a lot of reviews within the site itself and the price of the rice cooker was consistently lower than other places. The order was delivered well ahead of the holiday date and in excellent condition. Would have no issues ordering from them again.

I was a bit skeptical in the very beginning since I never heard about the website and also their price is surprisingly lower than the fair market price.
It turned out that I worried too much. Authentic products, really nice customer service and super fast shipping! Love it.
Now I know where to check for my next purchase, especially with home appliance!

Frankly I was initially a little bit worried about the company because of the name and the discount prices. However I did some research including looking them up on Trust Pilot and decided to give them a try
The website said the item we were interested in was out of stock. I used the chat feature and found out they were expecting a shipment soon and that we could go ahead and order it to be on the backordered list.
We went ahead and ordered the item and it actually shipped a day earlier than they said so it arrived early.
I'm sure we'll be ordering from them again.

Superco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Not to mention, they had the best deal on the Zojirushi water boiler and free shipping. Why would you not go with them?
Shipping took about a couple of days (but only because they were waiting for stock to come in), but from shipment to delivery was less than 5 business days to TX. Take a look at Superco, tbh I've never heard of them before this but I'm glad I took a chance on them.

My order was delivered faster than Amazon and I saved a lot more with Superco...yay!The Zojirushi rice cooker was delivered with an outer box to protect it with no dents or damage upon arrival.The item was new in the box and as described.I could not be happier with this purchase and the whole order,delivery process.I recommend this company emphatically!

These guys are super responsive. I recently bought a pricey rice cooker from them, only to discover the same item significantly cheaper on Amazon. I emailed them and within one business day, they had processed a refund on the price difference. I'll definitely consider them for appliances in the future.

I’ve been waiting for a sale on zojirushi neuro fuzzy rice cooker for a while when I saw superco’s deal online. I’m not based in CA, so I’m not familiar with the store. I decided to purchase through them anyway since the price was nearly 20% cheaper than all other vendors. The rice cooker was shipped the same day I placed the order and I received it in 3 days. The order processing and shipping speed was phenomenal. I’ve used the rice cooker three times now and am very happy with the rice quality! It’s a very significant improvement over my instant pot pressure cooker. Would absolutely buy from them again!

Our rice cooker was an easy purchase online with unexpectedly quick free shipping. I live in New England and the rice cooker arrived from California in 7 days. I ordered it on a Friday night, the order was processed and shipped on Monday and I had it delivered to me with no issues on Friday afternoon.
