Still not working correctly

Sadly, our problem has not yet been resolved. After we had this "fix" we continue to have calls that should have been transferred and were not. Thankfully, we have employees here who are on top of their text and email.

Both the customer service representative that answer the phone to assist my clients have been great, but the help desk is on top of things promptly to help out

Wonderful Account Manager

Kelly was extremely helpful and came loaded with information during our most recent meeting. There has been a management change in my office, so being able to sit down with her, express situations we've come across and receive solution based answers and suggestions was exactly what we needed.

Overall great! The billing is a bit weird and confusing initially, but hopefully, it will become more clear over time. In the meantime, Gabe was helpful in explaining it to me and we appreciate the customer service we were provided.

Quick and Helpful Support

Gabe responded to my call quickly and was able to answer all of my questions. He walked me through how to complete the provider schedule and how to add new users. I appreciated him taking the time to show me how to do it instead of just doing it for me. I feel confident that I could do this on my own in the future.
