I purchased the MS professional 2021 plus. The software download link was not included. I did however find it, downloaded the soft. Put in the code and rang the ms number to be told the code was not valid. I've emailed the company, but have had no response. My advise, purchase elsewhere as its a con. The codes are not valid and the Company do not respond.

I purchased a total of 3 products - MSOffice2021, adobe acrobat, quicken. The first two went fine no problem at all - very satisfied. However, I received Quicken but still have not received the activation code despite numerous attempts I am unable to use the product. Please send the activation code!!

no tech support when needed. I emailed and phoned and received . I went to my Norton tech support to confirm the download and activation process.

Purchased Office professional 2021, process was easy and received key via email. When trying to register key was not recognized so raised this to the support team. They provided me instructions and same issue. Since then been chasing them and they have stopped responding to my emails. Requested refund but not getting any response from them.
