Matthew was a huge help

Matthew was a huge help. He responded quickly but most importantly helped me with an issue that wasn't at all pressable or hosting related. I know they're not there to troubleshoot websites but maaaaaan do I appreciate that they've never turned me away and have always been able to help me!

Easy way to switch hosting

They literally made switching hosting providers as easy as 1,2,3. I am not technical but it was the easiest transition to a hosting in the 10 years I've been doing this. The customer support team was right there for me if anything happened and they did a final check to make sure everything is working! Been a user for 2-3 years of Pressable and never had an issue - no caching issues, no speed issues - might move over the last 10 or so websites from WPEngine to Pressable. thanks!

Excellent support and very functional and convenient management dashboard.

I got excellent support during the trial period, which gave me confidence, that our sites will be well-maintained, once migrated. Indeed, the support was super helpful during our migration process.
The admin dashboard is very convenient and highly functional.

No more slow issues when editing products on Woocomerce!

Look, I went through several Premium hosts until I stopped at Pressable. I recently migrated from Kinsta. Pressable offers much faster administration of Woocomerce. On Kinsta I was having problem with the admin panel (very slow), and they couldn't solve it. Luckily I migrated to Pressable and I didn't have any more slow issues when editing products. I advise everyone who owns Woocomerce stores to use this great service. Amazing team!

The BEST Technical Support Team...hand down

I am a new customer but have worked with multiple hosting companies throughout my career. This technical support team is by far above and beyond any other company I have worked with. Any issue or question I have for them they happily answer. Today Matthew was great in helping me with my email CNAME and MX record setup.

Five Stars for Pressable!

Every time I get Jess to help me, I come away feeling like I had someone competent and intelligent taking care of me. I’m no IT person so it’s nice having my host know their stuff, but most of all, I appreciate not feeling like the other side is begrudgingly helping me. Jess always seems to be the one I get and I always am satisfied that she’s got my interest in mind. Five stars!

Bradly gave me excellent support!

Bradly is knowledgeable, patient, and clear. I really appreciated his honest response to my questions. He even gave me resources to explore creating my own child theme, rather than trying to struggle with purchased designs.

Reliable Hosting & Unparalleled Support

Pressable has provided reliable WordPress hosting and some of the best technical support I've ever received from any company. Things with your site can go wrong and it's impossible to prevent that 100% of the time. So having an amazingly responsive and dedicated support staff has made it easy to resolve issues small & large. I would highly recommend Pressable to designers, developers, and agencies who want to work with a truly great company.

Pressable is absolutely the best!

Pressable is absolutely the best! It took me hours trying to figure out an issue with a WP Theme and the theme developer was no help. The customer service team and specifically JESS was able to help me troubleshoot and fix the issue in literally seconds. Saving me time and more importantly helping me better serve my customers as well. My client would have been very upset if I couldn't make a critical edit to made right away and the Pressable team saved my *%&$

Just Awesome to Deal With

Seriously, I've had the best experience with the support staff at Pressable. They're very knowledgeable, patient, and give a lot of advice.

Long story short, my site was SLOW. But after a month of tweaking my Wordpress site, it's now faster than ever and traffic has never been better.

The service is as good as it gets.

The service is as good as it gets.

The people feel like friends...which is the only time I've felt that way about a company/group I've only interacted with through support/help issues online. I think it's because every single one of my issues was either back-end related (changing DNS) or just my own ignorance, not once an issue with Pressable or my website!

Wherever Pressable goes in the future, I'll be there and am excited about it :)

I completely made a hash of my…

I completely made a hash of my migration and corrupted my site on both sides but the pressable team, once again, were able to quickly diagnose and restore my site to its former glory! Love pressable, would never go anywhere else.

Pressable is a hidden gem nestled away…

Pressable is a hidden gem nestled away in the world of managed WordPress. Everything they do directly impacts the bottom line, and their bottom line is providing a safe and feature-rich, customizable environment for each client.
An even bigger hidden gem, this one in the world of technical support, is Jess. To put it bluntly, I would put Jess up against all of the technical support wizards out there, and not only would she win, she would be hands down the best. Jess has fixed things I thought weren’t fixable and has given me insight when there was no answer. Thank you, Jess!

I have worked with a lot of big hosting…

I have worked with a lot of big hosting providers in the past: Flywheel, Siteground, Cloudways, Mediatemple.

Pressable is the only host that has provided consistency in services, customer service, uptime - and things just working. I have not been on chat to troubleshoot anything since I got on the Pressable train.

Highly recommended!

Best Managed WordPress Hosting & Support

I switched to Pressable because my old provider drastically increased their managed WordPress pricing. Pressable's performance and support has been top notch. The dashboard to manage my WordPress installs is seamless and straightforward to use. Whenever I (rarely) have an issue the support team responds in seconds and corrects. The added feature of included Jetpack Premium (which I never planned on using but now love) with 1-click integration is also a nice bonus.

Very easy to use. And, great support.

Setting up my WordPress website was easy with Pressable. It's been a long time since I've used WordPress, and I was conscious of all the security issues that come with it. Pressable handles everything regarding this, which is why I went with them. And, the fact JetPack is included.
