OMG Jessica in customer support is the best! My site wasn't loading on my laptop; I kept getting expired SSL certificate errors even though Jessica was able to verify that the certificate was current.
I am not a web designer and know zilch about the technical aspects. But I felt like I was in good hands. Jessica was kind and patient and was ready to work the problem until she figured it out - it took over an hour! She even gave me suggestions on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Jessica is amazing at her job - do whatever you have to to keep her! Kudos to her and to whoever trained her.
Customer service like this is exactly why I chose Pressable and why I will stay with you folks!
