Wonderful Customer Service

In this world it seems that customer service continues to erode, but not with Nutrisense. They continue to help me reach my health goals with a great product. There response time was quick and successful. Thank you for helping live a healthier life. Renee you were great.

Unbeatable customer service.

The product does exactly what it promises, but the customer service impressed me most. I felt listened to and cared for... companies don't do that anymore.

My interaction with Nutrisense so far has been top notch. I had a question about payment and Jennifer was quick and totally helped me. I truly appreciate her help. I wouldn’t hesitate on investing my money into Nutrisense.

It hasn't started out good

It hasn't started out good! I signed up for the 6 month plan and requested the Dexcom G7 sensors. After reading the description of the Libre sensors I have no idea why anybody would want them. Well somehow their system says I ordered teh Libre sensors and that's what they sent. I don't know if it was a website glitch or what, but there is no way I ordered them on purpose. I contacted customer support hoping they could swap them out for me, but they were most UNHELPFUL. Not a great way to start a 6 month relationship with someone.

Katie was an excellent resource in understanding and explaining my CGM results. Some things that I had been doing, thinking them to be healthy and helpful, turned out to be a slight problem. Everything was manageable with guidance and advice!

A valuable tool for informed nutrition…

A valuable tool for informed nutrition decisions. The combination of CGM and expert nutritionist advice helped shape and improve eating habits and overall nutrition. After 3 months of using the CGM, I feel a lot in control of how my body responds to different foods and how my body reacts during intense exercise. I highly recommend.

One suggestion as someone who swims a lot would be offering greater clarity over how to protect the device for swimming - the information is in the FAQs but it does take some digging.

Nutrisense is an outstanding, comprehensive blood glucose management support system.

I'm really glad that I joined Nutrisense to help me get my blood sugar under control. The continuous glucose monitors quickly show you where you go wrong and their knowledgeable nutritionists are able to provide simple suggestions that work. I have more consistent energy now than I have had for years. The program is not inexpensive, but it is well worth it to me.

Jennifer Rivera was awesome. I had some questions about product delivery timing and also about use of a discount coupon. She was super fast and super responsive . I give her an A+++. I really appreciated how detailed her responses were and that she did her research and was a customer advocate . Nutrisense is great

Nutrisense is great, bottom line. I’ve done food logs and programs before but nothing compares to the insight you get from Nutrisense. Tracking glucose levels makes it so easy to identify how foods affect you levels. My nutritionist Payton was amazing. Very knowledgeable and great to talk to. Without him I would not have been able to meet my goals. Very happy I choose Nutrisense

Amazing customer service as well a products

The glucose monitor is a very helpful tool in my health journey. The instructions in use are thorough and very helpful. One stands out the most is the customer service. They have been prompt in their responses. In fact they exceeded my expectations. After I purchased the monitor I encountered a health problem that delayed my use of the monitor. Jennifer from customer service was amazing as well as compassionate in helping me adjust my period of usage due to my temporary health issue. Quite frankly this extraordinary customer service is rare these days. Nutrisense cares about their customers and in their customers health success.

I got a defective sensor

I got a defective sensor. It lasted 3 days and broke. Your team were great at helping me trouble shoot. But a better approach would have been to have a sensor that works. This is more abbvie than it is you at nutrisense.
