I have been with Henry Meds for 6 months and am very satisfied with the service

I have been with Henry Meds for 6 months. Their PA's have been very helpful in answering my questions and the medication has been effective. I have lost approximatly 27 pounds in 6 months and not had any real issues. Im now off my blood pressure medication!

Excellent service

Fantastic, prompt service. Being treated like an actual human is well worth the slight added cost. Don’t balk at the sticker price. You will ask yourself “why can’t my doctor and insurer offer one tenth of this experience?”

She covered what to expect with both the treament protocol, prescriptions and next steps.

Great!

So far my experience with Henry Meds has been fantastic! My consultation was quick and informative. My NP was able to answer all of my questions and brought up things I hadn't thought of. I'm excited to start this journey.

Overall a great experience with a pretty much unbeatable price. The PAs and NPs are very kind and willing to discuss your care if needed. I have even recommended family to this organization.

Excellent service

Excellent service! Returned to Henry Meds after a short break. Was able to schedule an appt. within a few days of signing back up. The physician I met with was warm and understanding and explained the process to me in detail. My RX shipped the same day.

Sensitive to my needs

After a short wait, my provider appeared with profuse apologies for the delay. She was highly professional, answered my questions in detail. She provided clear information about my treatment, and it was a great visit. I definitely felt seen.

Did not Work for me, beware!

The initial interview went well,PA was prompt , meds arrived within a few days. First, I was on WeGovy before this, however due frustration refilling my RX , I figured why not try the online meds. A waste of money, the compounded semaglutide did nothing, after a few weeks of use and increasing the dosage each week I felt no effects of the medication(semiglutide). After paying the initial 1st month, I thought best to just cancel my membership. Taught me a lesson, dont trust any meds sold on the web!

We encourage all Henry Meds clients to schedule a follow-up appointment with their clinician, which is included in the subscription cost, to discuss any concerns. We offer a variety of treatments, and if a client does not respond to a particular treatment, our providers will work to find more effective alternatives.

The prescription was literally sent out the next day and they said I should see if within 7-10 days and it arrived within 3 days

My appointment was started promptly at…9:30

My appointment was started promptly at the appointment time. The PA I spoke to was very thorough in explaining the medication, how it works, how to inject, and the side effects. She informed me of the Do’s and Don’ts regarding eating what type of foods are more tolerable because of how the meds work. The PA emphasized to drink as much water as possible every single day. She was extremely receptive to all my concerns and questions, I felt relieved after speaking to her. I look forward to this journey with the help of the PA and Henry Meds staff. Thank you

My New Beginning - Logged in this morning for my initial…

Logged in this morning for my initial visit with Stephanie, she was through and even made me aware of potential issues that I might have if not eating the correct food or drinking enough water…will update once I start the program. I opted for the oral drops (tangerine flavor).

Looking forward to get started

I had my video consultation today with the nurse practitioner. She went over a couple questions I answered prior to the video consult. She took the time to answer any questions I may had and went over some possible side effects. She was awesome, and I can’t wait to get started.
