Garbage customer service

Ordered an ethernet cable that they had in the storage before purchasing, never received any emails that the package was sent. I tried calling them on phone, but it's impossible to reach anyone. You get placed in a queue, you are always number 1, but nobody ever picks up the phone.

So I contacted them on a website through online customer service and figured out that the product was never sent, because apparently they no longer have it in black color. And they would wait forever to get it, but will never contact you about this. They had plenty of cables available in different color, would have been an easy fix, I dont care what color it is, but they will never contact you.

Since I waited a week already, I asked them to send the product the same day as we were talking about, got promised that, but they sent it only 2 days later. Now it says delivery in 24-48 hours, but I bet its going to take even longer, knowing the way they work.

What a garbage company. Will never order from them again.

EDIT: Package is suppose to arrive tomorrow May 8th, so it took them a week to send it.

Nick from customerservice is 10/10

Just want to say Maxgaming's Nick is a superstar when it comes to customerservice.

I made a grave mistake by using old return notes for a return parcel, creating chaos and confusion for both customer/retailer/logistics provider.

However with some great help from Nick we were able to at least create a reclamation, and regardless the outcome from that he did go the very long extra miles to see it through.

I would like to thank you for the good help, regardless of clumsy miscommunication prior, this really changed my perception of Maxgaming.

Will keep buying equipment from them!

The store employee did not recognize the mouse as defective

The store itself seems to be well made, but I was very disappointed with the customer service.

When I first bought a mouse "Pulsar X2 Mini Wireless Gaming Mus - Hvit" (Ordrenr.: 3605240), it had a defect that prevented me from using it. When pressing the left mouse button and releasing it, it would stick, and it was very annoying. But the employee who tested it said he didn't find a defect. I guess he was lying, because it is impossible not to notice this defect if you have used the mouse at least once.

In the end he offered me a refund, but minus the "glides" since I used "super glides" for this mouse.

I ended up losing 200-300 kroner, due to the fact that the store employee didn't want to recognize the defect.


Fortunately, otherwise the store seems to be not completely bad, as the second time I bought another mouse of the same type, the defect was recognized, which made me happy.

On the plus side, they have updated the website in some aspects, and the site is generally well done.

Horrible reklamasjon rules

I bought a SteelSeries mouse at MaxGaming 4 months ago. The mouse has a problem with the wheel which is not constant but it happens enough to ruin the experience in gaming. MaxGaming wanted me to send a video of the problem, which is not really easy to do.
Eventually they said that I can send the mouse back to them but they will charge 200NOK for the service. That is ridiculous! I paid 400NOK for the mouse and I would have to pay extra 200NOK for the service if I would send it back? I guess I'm not going to do that and rather gonna look for a new mouse. On top of that I contacted SteelSeries and they said MaxGaming is not an authorized retailer, so they can't help me.. Definitely think twice when you buy from them!
I'm not buying anything at MaxGaming.no again!

Delivery was super fast!

Delivery was super fast and the item was according to the expectations.

I had contact with support regarding the delivery service. The situation was immediately solved.

I would recommend maxgaming to a friend.
