Garbage customer service
Ordered an ethernet cable that they had in the storage before purchasing, never received any emails that the package was sent. I tried calling them on phone, but it's impossible to reach anyone. You get placed in a queue, you are always number 1, but nobody ever picks up the phone.
So I contacted them on a website through online customer service and figured out that the product was never sent, because apparently they no longer have it in black color. And they would wait forever to get it, but will never contact you about this. They had plenty of cables available in different color, would have been an easy fix, I dont care what color it is, but they will never contact you.
Since I waited a week already, I asked them to send the product the same day as we were talking about, got promised that, but they sent it only 2 days later. Now it says delivery in 24-48 hours, but I bet its going to take even longer, knowing the way they work.
What a garbage company. Will never order from them again.
EDIT: Package is suppose to arrive tomorrow May 8th, so it took them a week to send it.
